Shipping policy

We currently only ship domestically which means Australia only.

We have a flat rate for standard postage of $9.95.

Free shipping for orders over $150.

Orders are usually packed within 1-3 business days from receiving your order and are sent via Australia post.

Delivery Times

 

Once Australia Post has picked up your order, we'll email you with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your delivery. 

 

You should receive your order within 1-5 days if you're located in a metro area. If you're located in Western Australia or a regional area, it will take a bit more time to reach you.

 

Sometimes there are unpredictable delays so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. This can be really frustrating but hopefully it won't take too long.
